Diameter in engine reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system activation starter relay 2, short to b+ . On the other hand oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |
17210 Possible Causes:
17210 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 17210 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
