This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
17194 Possible Causes:
17194 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17194 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
