When you open turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit . On the other hand fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
17177 Possible Causes:
17177 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17177 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
