17169 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'j' primary control, circuit low and valve for coolant system circuit, high is the final reason of the code. |
17169 Possible Causes:
17169 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17169 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
