This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed control of valves pump / nozzle, mechanical errors . So for next glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

17169 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
