The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), circuit low input to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so vehicle speed sensor 'b' or change pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
17149 Possible Causes:
17149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 17149 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch run position, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
