Diameter in engine ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit or change direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
17148 Possible Causes:
17148 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17148 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
