This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 5 injector, data incompatible to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel additive control module requested mil illumination . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
17145 Possible Causes:
17145 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17145 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
