The problem is about turbocharger speed sensor, circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit high and wait then activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
17141 Possible Causes:
17141 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 17141 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
