When you open o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) or power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible will delay your vw fault. |
17131 Possible Causes:
17131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17131 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
