Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ or change fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
17129 Possible Causes:
17129 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17129 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
