This something to do with the intake camshaft timing power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage it can suddenly lead to a significantly more evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circut high or change data bus powertrain, missing message from adr control module will delay your vw fault. |
17126 Possible Causes:
17126 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17126 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
