This something to do with the intake camshaft timing clutch pedal position (cpp) switch (f194), implausible signal It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed or change crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
17120 Possible Causes:
17120 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17120 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
