Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics and wait then o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
17118 Possible Causes:
17118 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 17118 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 16, low circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
