The problem is about evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control of valves pump / nozzle, short-circuit after pluses . So for next ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
17112 Possible Causes:
17112 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17112 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
