The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open and data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) will delay your vw fault. |
17109 Possible Causes:
17109 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17109 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
