17107 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption is the final reason of the code. |
17107 Possible Causes:
17107 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17107 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
