17107 Description And Summary :

Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption is the final reason of the code.

17107 Possible Causes:

17107 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 17107 Code

  • Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
