Diameter in engine cylinder 1 above knock threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit range / performance also air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf will delay your vw fault. |
17100 Possible Causes:
17100 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17100 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
