Staring in engine o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, implausible or reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
17099 Possible Causes:
17099 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17099 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch recognition, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
