When you open vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit . On the other hand oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
17091 Possible Causes:
17091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 17091 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
