The problem is about valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+ or change pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
17085 Possible Causes:
17085 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 17085 Code
- Inspect all the connections mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
