Diagnosing engine bar with oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit or change diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
17072 Possible Causes:
17072 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 17072 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
