Diameter in engine hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, no communication also exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption is the final reason of the code. |
17066 Possible Causes:
17066 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17066 Code
- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
