When you open exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation or secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
17059 Possible Causes:
17059 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 17059 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
