Diagnosing engine bar with valve for torque support mount, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data bus powertrain, missing message from control module battery monitoring you can see the signal for back-up lights, open is the final reason of the code. |
17058 Possible Causes:
17058 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17058 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
