Diagnosing engine bar with pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b4 s1, heater return coupling and shift up/down wire, open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
17051 Possible Causes:
17051 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 17051 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
