This something to do with the intake camshaft timing altitude adaptation, signal out of tolerance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground . So for next diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
17043 Possible Causes:
17043 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 17043 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
