17030 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reversing light, circuit short to ground or change exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
17030 Possible Causes:
17030 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 17030 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
