17024 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reversing light, circuit open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit and wait then secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
17024 Possible Causes:
17024 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 17024 Code
- Inspect all the connections planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
