17022 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine control unit error programming error retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low and injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
17022 Possible Causes:
17022 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 17022 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'a' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
