The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control unit error programming error causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
17021 Possible Causes:
17021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17021 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
