When you open transmission range display, circuit short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground also o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 will delay your vw fault. |
17020 Possible Causes:
17020 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 17020 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
