17016 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault signal for back-up lights, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake coolant degassing valve, control circuit high or fuel pump "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
17016 Possible Causes:
17016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 17016 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
