17015 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about data bus powertrain, implausible message of the a/c control module the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus also ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
17015 Possible Causes:
17015 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17015 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
