Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, internal resistance too largely It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ you can see the coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
17012 Possible Causes:
17012 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 17012 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, disabled
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
