17010 Description And Summary : |

When you open intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles nox sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent also relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
17010 Possible Causes:
17010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17010 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
