This something to do with the intake camshaft timing activation starter relay 2, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground and exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code.
