16980 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module defective you can see the pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

16980 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections air leak between maf and throttle body
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
