This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit high you can see the b camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

16977 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 16977 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
