Diagnosing engine bar with 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system signal for back-up lights, open or change injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16976 Possible Causes:
16976 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16976 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
