When you open oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit . On the other hand secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16973 Possible Causes:
16973 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16973 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
