16961 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+ and pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |

- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 16961 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
