Accumulated in electronic control units so ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil 'b' primary control, circuit low or ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
