The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start clutch torque adaptation 2: adaptation limit reached or secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |

16945 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
