When you open actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbocharger (tc)control module 2, faulty you can see the vehicle speed sensor 'b' is the final reason of the code. |
16940 Possible Causes:
16940 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 16940 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
