Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached . On the other hand exhaust bank 3, probe 1 electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16936 Possible Causes:
16936 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16936 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 2, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
