When you open bank 1, system too rich off idle mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant degassing valve, control circuit / open and ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
16923 Possible Causes:
16923 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16923 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
