Staring in engine nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich and wait then exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich is the final reason of the code. |
16920 Possible Causes:
16920 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16920 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
