Accumulated in electronic control units so vehicle speed sensor 'b' causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'k' primary control, short to plus or exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 16917 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
