Diagnosing engine bar with throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit also data bus powertrain, missing message from adr control module is the final reason of the code. |
16914 Possible Causes:
16914 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 16914 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
