Staring in engine please check dtc memory of air condition ecu retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground . So for next water in fuel sensor, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
16914 Possible Causes:
16914 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16914 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
