Accumulated in electronic control units so diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic it can suddenly lead to a significantly more low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high also injector control pressure sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16912 Possible Causes:
16912 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16912 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, no message from transmission controller (tcu)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
