Accumulated in electronic control units so data bus powertrain, implausible message from control module level control retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, electrical error in the electric circuit also throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16910 Possible Causes:
16910 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 16910 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
